Isa. 9:1 Yet there will be no gloom for her who was in anguish, as in the former time. He degraded the land of Zebulun, and the land of Naphtali, so afterwards He will glorify the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the nations. 2. The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; they who dwell in the land of the shadow of death, on them the light has shined.
In Luke 1:79 Zechariah promises that Yahusha will rescue those “who live in the shadow of death,” referencing this very section of Isaiah where Isaiah prophecies the Son/Savior character will regather Zebulon, Naphtali and other former Yisraelites, in the “dark” Galilee area. Why is the Galilee area dark? This is the area where the Assyrians will come to take captive the first Israelites. This is the reason why the gospels record Yahusha at home in Capernaum, on the border of Zebulon and Naphtali. He settled in Galilee for the this reason. Messiah Himself is prophesied to regather Zebulon, Naphtali and other former Yisraelites, in the “dark” Galilee area. His Light will shine brightest in the former Yisraelite areas of the north, now occupied by the Assyrians-gentiles.
Isa 9:3 You have multiplied the nation. You have not increased the joy. They rejoice before You according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. 4 For You have broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his taskmaster, as in the day of Midian. 5 For every boot of the warrior is with commotion, and the coat rolled in blood shall be burning fuel for the fire.
Using remez, or hint, the deliverance from Midianite captivity by a valiant spirit is done by Messiah, in both the Spirit realm (heavenly Tabernacle) and the physical realm (Efrayim’s earthly restoration), whereas the historical deliverance from Midyan has already taken place in the physical realm by Gideon.
In John 8:32-36 Yahusha says that He came to deliver the captive, and those who had been taken captive, who were in bondage under the yoke of sin, from which they couldn’t free themselves.
So in Isaiah 9:1-4, we have both the literal fulfillment of Yahusha’s restoration of 10 Israel but also his spiritual destruction of the yoke of sin,
Isa 9:6 For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be on His shoulder; and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty El, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 9:7 There is no end of the increase of His government and peace on the throne of David, and on His kingdom, to order it and to establish it with judgment and with justice from now on, even forever. The zeal of יהוה of Hosts will do this.
The RTNE Scriptures is the only translation with notes that sufficiently addresses all of Judaism’s linguistic tricks where the Talmudic religions attempts to thwart the plan of Messiah and obfuscate the plain sense of the text:
In the Hebrew: “Ki yeled yulad lanu ben netan lanu va te-he hamisrah al shichmoh va yiqra shemo pele yoetz, el gibor, avi ad, sar shalom.”
In Hebrew grammar there exist two types of verbs.
One is for a completed action and is known as a “perfect verb.”
The other verb is for an action not yet concluded, which by implication means a future, or an ongoing action, and is known as an “imperfect verb.”
These references to “va te-he” and “va yiqra” both are imperfect verbs indicating future fulfillment, at the time of the prophecy in 768 BCE.
The verbs “yeled yulad/a child will be born,” an imperfect verb, and “ben netan/a child was given,” a perfect verb, both appear here in Isaiah 9:6.
There is yet a third category used here called the “prophetic perfect,” meaning a writing style where the event is yet future, but is written in a past tense, or as a perfect completed action.
Isaiah 9:6 contains the “prophetic perfect” in the words, “ben natan” (a Son has been given). Then later in verse 6 of Isaiah 9, Isaiah takes this “prophetic perfect” and combines it with the imperfect future verbs “va te-he” and “va yiqra,” and the government “will be,” and He “shall be called.”
The literal reading is as follows. “Child to be born to us, Son given to us and the government will be on His shoulders (future tense at the time of prophecy in 786 BCE), and He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty-El, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.”
The Messianic prophecy found here in Isaiah 9:7 is a key piece of evidence from the original Hebrew words, of the veracity of the virgin birth of Isaiah 7:14.
In Hebrew the closed MEM is always used at the end of a Hebrew word. The only exception in Scripture is where it is found in this prophecy in verse 7. Here, the closed MEM is found in the middle of the word, which indicates (according to the modern rabbis) an increase in the Messiah’s government.
That word is ‘’le-marbe meaning, “to increase.” Normally in the middle of a word the reader would find an open MEM…The Zohar says, “The closed MEM refers to the fact that the Messiah would be born from a ‘closed womb.’
ABRAHAM: Another proof of Messiah and the work the promised son would do is return us back to the book of the covenant, the covenant of Abraham, the Gen. 12 promise.
For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His Name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty-El, The Everlasting Abba, The Sar Shalom.
Is a Coronation hymn sang for King Hezekiah in the Pashat, but in the Sode it is the Coronation hymn of the Melchizedek Yahusha reflecting back onto the life of Abraham.
The four phases, 1. Wonderful Counselor, 2. One Mighty in valor, 3. The Father for Ever, 4. The Prince of Peace, reflect the four phases in the life of Abraham as we see in Beresheeth.
when he councils with Lot – a Wonderful, Counselor
when he delivers Lot – a One Mighty in Valor
when he begets Issac, his heir – a Father for Ever
when he intercedes with יהוה on behalf of the righteous of Sodom – a Prince of Peace…this is how we are to operate as Melchizedek’s amongst the nations…
The zeal of vuvh tzevaoth will perform this.
V.8 The יהוה sent a Word to Jacob, and it has fallen on Israel. 9. And all the people shall know, Ephraim and the people of Samaria, who say in pride and hardness of heart,
The sycamore tree prophecy: 10 The bricks may have fallen down,
Bricks – lebênâh – burnt tiles or pavement bricks
have fallen down – nâphal – to let drop violently
but we will rebuild with cut stones:
cut stones – gâzı̂yth – as in a granite cornerstone – freedom tower – July 4th 2004
the sycamores are cut down, but we will replace them with cedars.
In May 1792 twenty-four stockbrokers met underneath a ‘buttonwood tree’ alone Wall St. in NYC and formed the ‘buttonwood agreement’ – an international, admiralty, maritime, commercial agreement which birthed another Ephraimite Golden Calf of Mystery Babylonian Commerce – the Golden calf of Wall St – the bull of the NYSE – a bull symbolizing the trafficking and trading of souls – commercial slavery.
The first inauguration was April 30th, 1789 when the US government was born. George Washington went to St. Pauls Chapel NYC it’s Capitol at the time and prayed to God, “if the nation departs from God it will be its destruction and falling down.” This was the ONLY building at Ground Zero not destroyed!
So according to biblical themes I think we can all agree, when judgment comes it comes to where the covenant was struck, this is where the US was covenanted, NYC – Ground Zero. St. Pauls Chapel (Movie National Treasure).
NYC was declared the Capitol Sept 13, 1788 by the US Constitutional Convention…where exactly did they declare this you may ask…at Ground Zero! Where the first US Government knelt and prayed!
US Senators at the time, Tom Daschle, John Edwards and John Kerry had these words to say at Ground Zero quoting this very passage (of course they got the prophecy totally upside down, it’s supposed to invoke repentance not defiance Kerry said, “We are the heirs of this spirit of defiance.”
Judgment has arrived before the event of 911.
November 2008, on November 5th after the election Illinois winning lottery ticket #s pick 3: 666, pick 4: 7779 – statistically impossible by the way, Gematria = Antichrist complete judgment.
What happened to the buttonwood/American Sycamore tree that the nations founders met under at Ground Zero it was uprooted and its roots were cast into bronze (judgment) and proudly displayed on Wall St as an act of defiance against the judgment! The “Tree of Hope” a Cedar tree was planted in its place – V. 10 the sycamores are cut down, but we will replace them with cedars.
On the Talmudic Babylonian calendar it was 7th Elul 5765, now three years later on 7th Elul 5768 Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac were placed into conservatorship – we know that Elul is the month of Teshuva. This is also the month that Moshe Rabainu returned to Sinai to repent of the Golden Calf – the symbol of the NYSE and Mystery Babylons stream of commerce slavery – the charging bull in bowling green park, Wall St. NYC.
11. And יהוה shall set up the foes of Rezin against him, and spur on his enemies; 12 the Syrians in front and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth. For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
13. For the people do not turn to Him who strikes them, nor do they seek יהוה of Hosts. 14 And יהוה will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day. 15 The elder and honorable, he is the head; and the prophet who teaches lies, he is the tail. 16 For the leaders of this people led them astray; and their guided ones are swallowed up. 17 For this the יהוה shall not rejoice over their young men, nor shall He have mercy on their orphans and widows; for everyone is a hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaks foolishness. In all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still. 18 For wickedness burns like the fire; it shall devour the briers and thorns, and shall kindle in the thickets of the forest, and they shall roll upwards like the lifting up of smoke. 19 Through the wrath of יהוה of Hosts is the land scorched, and the people shall be as the fuel of the fire; no man shall have pity on his brother. 20 And he shall cut off on the right hand and be hungry; and he shall eat on the left, and they shall not be satisfied. Each man shall eat the flesh of his own arm; 21 Manasseh, Ephraim; and Ephraim, Manasseh; and they together shall be against Judah. In all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
