The Acts of the Hebrews – Part 11

It’s idiotic that churches shut down when we have the freedom to assemble. It’s compromise and a lack of community conviction and it’s root goes all the way back to…Acts 11:26: “And at first in Antioch the taught ones were called Kristianous.”

The one verse most cling to in defense of the term “Christian” is at Acts 11:26: “And at first in Antioch the taught ones were called Kristianous.” 

The context determines what is meant. This meant they were mistaken (at first) for the Pagan believers in Serapis, 

You have to look at the relationship between the word “Kristianous” with the word cretin. What if the people of Antioch, at first, called the disciples CRETINS?  

The first two letters in “Christos” are CHI + RHO, and appear as X (CHI) and P (RHO). If you put these together, they form the “R-X” symbol used by Big Pharma, who mix and weigh dosages of medication for the sick. The final age of RX prescription – those who belong to Serapis will be anointed with a vaccine! 

We know Paul wasn’t called a Christian, he was called a “ringleader of the sect of the Natsarim” at Acts 24:5. 

Peter (Kefa) mentions being labeled “CHRISTIANOS” in a list of scornful terms at 1Kefa 4:15-16, the context shows this term was a derogatory one. Undesirable one in that day. 

The proper definition of CHRISTIAN: A Greek word with formerly Pagan usage. The Mandaean deity of the Sun was titled Christ Helios, the Alexandrian Osiris was titled Chreistos. 

We have inherited a term foreign to Israel, a term widely used by and for Pagan worshippers.  

During the time of Marcion a second century heretic that edited Pauls writings in, around 150 CE, Justin Martyr said that “Christians” were “Chrestoi,” or “good men.”  Clement of Alexandria said “all who believe in Christ are called ‘Chrestoi,’ that is ‘good men’.” Rome was the center of Chrestos Mithras worship, so syncretism abounded! 

The word christianos was used twice in the Greek text as a device of scorn, a derisive, scornful label that meant they were like gullible, dumb beasts, or “cretins”.

2 Pet 2:12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

Jud 1:10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

“Those who worship Serapis are Christians and those who call themselves bishops of Christ are vowed to Serapis.”   

The Nazarenes, at first, were mistaken to be worshippers of Serapis! If they were literally called “christianos” at Antioch, it’s only because they were perceived to be either “good men,” worshippers of Serapis!

The word “kristianos” is used a total of 3 times in the whole Greek text of the “NT” (Messianic Writings), once each at:

Acts 11:26

Acts 26:28

1Pet./Kefa 4:16

Even though the term “christianos” has been embraced as a label, we know that if we were to search for such a “label” for this sect, it’s easily found at Acts 24:5, where Tertullus (an orator) accused Paul before the governor Felix. The accusation against Paul was that he was a “ringleader of the sect of the Natsarim.” 

Jeremiah prophesied what we’d be called and it certainly wasn’t christian. 

Jer 58:12 “And those from among you shall build the old waste places. You shall raise up the foundations of many generations. And you would be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.”  Is./

The new age has not infiltrated the church-it IS the foundational system of the church that was always there as opposed to the “called out assembly” who’s builder and maker is יהוה – Heb. 11:10

The prophet Jeremiah told us we’d be awakening to the truth and awaken to the reality the traditions of the church fathers are are lies.

Jer 16:19 ”O יהוה, my strength, and my fortress and my refuge, in the day of distress the gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the arets, and shall say, ‘Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit’. Shall a man make Elohim unto himself, and they are no Elohim?  

Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know Mine hand and My might; and they shall know that My Name is יהוה”  

It’s time to decide if you’re gonna remain a slave or come out of the Mystery Babylon religions!

It says that the word Christian is derived from the Greek, Christianos. 

Further it says, “The Latin termination –ianos, widely used throughout the [Roman] empire, often designated the slaves of the one with whose name it was compounded.” “Slaves,” not “children” or “followers” or “friends” or “companions” or “colleagues” or “brothers.”  BUT SLAVES to a religious system whereas we are told in 

Gal 5:1 For freedom, Messiah set us free—so stand firm, and do not be burdened by a yoke of slavery again.

IVP’s New Bible Dictionary:

The formation seems to be Latin, where plural nouns ending in -iani may denote the soldiers of a particular general (e.g. Galbiani, Galba’s men, Tacitus, Hist. 1. 51), and hence partisans of an individual. Both elements are combined in the quasi-military Augustiani. 

In the late 1st century AD at least, Caesariani was used of Caesar’s slaves and clients, and in the Gospels we meet the Herodianoi, who may have been partisans or clients of Herod (*Herodians).

Christian(o)i, therefore, would have originally been thought of as ‘soldiers of Christus’ (Souter), or ‘the household of Christus’, or ‘the partisans of Christus’

COVID is a principality that is stretching forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape (Daniel 11:42).” 

Isaiah the prophet tells us in 19:4 “And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel Lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them.” This is a reference to the Antichrist.

Egypt a metaphor the the global crisis is to become a desolation! The prophet Ezekiel tells us in Ezekiel 29:10-12. “Behold, therefore, I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia. No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited 40 years. And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years; and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse, them through the countries.” 

Rev 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

Rev 18:17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every judge shipmaster, and all the company in courts, and magistrates, and as many as trade by admiralty law, stood afar off.

Rev 18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had vessels that we traded  in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

Exo 12:36 and יהוה had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have their request. Therefore they plundered the Egyptians.
